So I built True North — not as an agency, but as a growth operating system that combines strategy, execution, and leadership.

Why I Do This
I love seeing founders shift from guesswork to clarity. My greater purpose is to democratize access to elite revenue leadership — for businesses that can’t or won’t hire CROs yet.
